Project package order terms
This page explains the general process. The legal seller, payment details, exact product version, price, delivery date and use rights are stated in an invoice, offer or agreement before payment.
Site status
This is a private commercial catalogue by ALMECO. It is not a government project bank, financial institution or marketplace for shares or securities.
Product
The product is a versioned digital pre-investment package containing analytical, conceptual, calculation and editable materials. Its price is not the construction investment or an equity contribution.
Order and payment
Scope, price, applicable taxes, delivery timing, adaptation and use rights are confirmed before payment. The standard process is 100% advance payment against an invoice.
Delivery
After confirmed payment, the buyer receives a protected link to download the agreed version.
Use rights
The standard price includes a non-exclusive right for one buyer to use the package for one project in one selected territory and adapt it for implementation, but not to resell the package. Reusable templates, structure and the right to develop versions for other territories remain with the seller. Regional exclusivity requires a separate written agreement.
Technical defects
If an agreed file is damaged or missing, the buyer reports it by email. A valid file is supplied after the defect is confirmed.
Limits
The package does not guarantee returns, financing, land, utility conditions, permits, subsidies or successful implementation. The buyer performs independent professional due diligence before an investment decision.
