Privacy and data
We collect only information a visitor voluntarily provides by email or WhatsApp and anonymised analytics data after consent.
Data collected
Name, contact details, organisation, project of interest and message content only when the user provides them.
Purpose
To answer an enquiry, confirm scope and price, prepare an invoice, deliver a package, provide support and meet required accounting obligations.
External services
Opening WhatsApp or email means using that external service under its own terms. The site does not ask for passwords or bank card data.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tools are enabled only after consent. Refusal does not restrict access to the catalogue.
Retention and protection
Data is kept only as long as required to respond, fulfil an order, provide support and meet mandatory business records. Access is limited to people who need it for work.
